Reem Acra: Bridal Fashion Week Fall 2015

Reem Acra’s newest wedding dress collection puts a twist on the classic full ballgown and brings it up to date, complete with embroidered skirts, sheer illusion necklines and lace corsets. Crop tops made an appearance, with sleeves ranging from long lace ones to satin cap styles, each paired with a full skirt. Nude lace bodices were seen throughout the collection with crystal and beadwork detailing, adding glimmer to the barely-there fabric. Discreet side pockets sewn into the gowns allow brides to keep their phones close at hand (perfect for capturing unscripted moments!). The models’ hair and makeup was understated and elegant, with hair tied back and parted in the middle, accessorised with pink flowers for a romantic-yet-feminine finish.
