    When our guests try to RSVP via our website they have to enter their email address before they can submit it. Is there any way to remove this? As not all of them have an email address…..

    What website are you registered on? Did you create the website yourself or was it done for you? If it was created for you, my advise would be too contact the administrator and request to change the email address field to something else like a Surname or Phone Number (something that everybody definitely) has so it makes it easier for your guests to submit their RSVPs.
