We have set the date and booked leave from work, but wanted to wait until my partner was back in the country before announcing it.
In the mean time, my brothers GF has booked a holiday that clashes.
    What should we do?

A wedding is something that is very hard to change, especially on short notice. Not only do you have to account for your schedule, but also that of your workplaces and the preferred venue. Unfortunately, in this situation it may be  worth talking to your brother’s GF and explaining the impact their holiday may have. It sounds like you really want them to enjoy this time, however if you have any guests who need to travel (especially from overseas) it is best to announce the dates sooner rather than later.
