My fiancé and I have been in negotiations with the reception centre where we want to have our reception for over a year now. During that time they have changed managers and now catering companies, with which we were not informed of when the person who we were initially dealing with when we made the reservation left. 2 weeks out from our wedding date and the reception is still up in the air. The new reception company is dodging our phone calls. Can we sue for pain, suffering, mental anguish and any incurred costs if we were going to cancel with this reception centre and move to another location?
