SKIN – Look for a skincare regime that works well for you and stick with it

HAIR – If you plan on trying new styles or colours then now is the time to start experimenting.

BODY – If you are considering toning before the day now would be an ideal time to get started. Consider personal training, yoga, swimming sessions, jogging to get moving but importantly find an activity you will enjoy so you stick with it

MAKEUP – begin your search for a makeup artist that will suit your needs, organise a few trial sessions so that you can ensure everyone is on the same page. Consider taking images with you of colour schemes you like.

SKIN – Consider regular facials or microdermabrasion to get your skin glowing. If the regime you have been doing is not working for you perhaps get some professional advice

HAIR – This would be the ideal time to start looking for a wedding hair stylist. Collect pictures of your favourite hairstyles and organise trials well in advance so you will not be disappointed on the day. If you are wearing a hair accessory make sure you take this to your trial.

TANNING – if you are considering a spray tan and never had one before then now would be the time to start experimenting with colours so you have the perfect glow and colour on the day

HAIR – About 1 month prior book in your final hair trial. Remember any hair accessories and consider taking your veil for the complete look. If your hair is lacklustre, a treatment might be a good way to add shine.

MAKEUP – Book in for your final makeup trail and iron out any concerns with your makeup. If you can, get your trial done in the morning so you can see how it lasts during the day.

MANI and PEDI – Besides being a lovely way to get pampered. Having a mani and pedi is also a good way check your overall colour palette coordinates perfectly

FACIAL HAIR – If this is needed make sure you do not have your facial hair removal done too soon as it may grow back. If you have been going to the same beautician and know the products agree with your skin then one week out would be perfect.
